Then, they can not tow the vehicle because it is to low to the ground. All of this could have been solved by taking a pic when the request was made, not after you get on location. From what I understand, 2 drivers out and only this guy, who obviously has no concern for someone who is broken down. Don't want to hear short handed. Total crap!
