The service was some of the best we have ever had. Everyone was super nice, and it was apparent they had very loyal regulars. We are adding Fusion to our list of favorite restaurants and plan to stop in whenever we are traveling this way just to eat here.

This place was so clean inside, very happy atmosphere and the most beautiful mural painting of Vietnam on the wall. The detail in everything was exceptional. The menu even had a nice wood cover. There was one total for a cash payment, and an additional charge was added to pay with a card. Seems like they're passing along their credit card fees to the customers. Go on down the road to Wise's bbq. They have been in business for years and the food is fantastic. They had sold out early evening is the only reason we gave London's a try.

I have nothing against using frozen biscuits as many of them are really delicious. However this biscuit must have suffered from a bit of freezer burn during storage, making it drier and crumblier than it should be while also retaining that frozen taste. The sausage gravy was not great; thinner than one normally expects it to be and lacking in that typical, complex flavor that comes from a roux made with sausage grease and flour. All that said, I would not rule out trying this place again to see if something else on the menu is better, but I cannot recommend the sausage and gravy.
