After some trial and error, I was referred to Frisch & Sons by a long time friend. She also had her spa removed by Frisch & Sons. Bobby Frisch was a delight to work with - which is tough to say about spending money to get rid of a problem rather than making something more beautiful. You see, I could not imagine what I might want my yard to look like with such a huge eyesore gone, so the demo is all I signed up for. Bobby walked me through the process, including permits and city inspections. We reached an agreement based on his line by line scope of work, and he put me on the schedule for three months in the future, but he said in all likelihood, there would be a break in his schedule. Sure enough, three weeks later, Bobby called me to say they could compete the project that week. And they did! Bobby let me know when the crew would be there, warned me that the first day, especially, would be loud - so I had a chance to warn my neighbor. The only glitch was completely on me - the contract clearly said that my driveway would be used during the demo and access in and out of the garage would be blocked. So I spent one day unexpectedly doing some projects at home - so don't forget to park your cars on the street while the crew is working on your demo!!!
