The Dr. The lady at the front desk check in was so nice, so complaints there. The nurse that took me to a room and got me set up to see the dr was the kindest, most helpful woman. Glowing, good vibes from her. This Dr came into the room and right off the bat had the absolute worst bedside manner. At first i was shocked so i didn't really even say much. It was hard to try and get the words out of why i was even there. He was so rude i was literally speechless. I looked over at the nurse and tried to just repeat everything that i had told her so easily 10 minutes prior. Finally got most of it out and he responds with "well what would you like me to do about it" It just kept getting worse all in a matter of minutes. So i decided to take off the finger monitor/blood pressure cuff and say i'm done here, i'm just going to go drive further away (to coos bay) to go to their E.R. Then he has the audacity to look at me shocked! And the nurse immediately came over and helped me up and out to get the discharge papers and once he wasn't anywhere near us she said "i am so sorry" All because of that one dr my family and i will never go back to CVH. We will gladly drive the extra distance to another hospital. I don't even want to risk running into this man again. You know what they say, one bad seed can rot the whole plant well thats how i feel about this situation. Sad really because he was the only problem with the whole visit but he was just that bad that all of the other people/the place couldn't even outweigh the bad of that one person. ***MD BRETT GREENE***

One my first treatment Dr. Soard gave me significant pain relief and also adjust my locked hip and my neck. I was immediately able to have greater movement, and significantly less pain. I went back and the released my hip again and adjusted my back and neck. I am totally pain free after two treatments. Dr. Soard took the time to assess and identify issues with my spine I wasn't feeling yet. He also carefully listened to my history. I am a pretty big guy and Dr. Soard has done an excellent job. I will not let anyone else adjust at this point. Highest recommendation. I felt the amount he charges for visits is very reasonable.

I called the LAB on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and the man in that Dept. said the LAB would be open for blood tests on Friday after T-Giving from 7-noon. I showed up in freezing temperatures, only to be told that the LAB WAS CLOSED on Friday, but would be open 7-noon on Saturday. I called on Saturday before going there, and was told NO, the LAB was closed on Saturday to all outpatients. Since my blood tests require fasting, I went ahead and made breakfast. Later, I got a call from Tina, the person I had spoken with earlier, who told me she found out the LAB was indeed open to outpatients until noon! But that news came too late for me, since I had already eaten. FOR GOD'S SAKE! THIS HOSPITAL IS TOO SMALL TO HAVE SUCH HORRIBLE MISCOMMUNICATION PROBLEMS! I'm just one person, but 3 miscommunications over 3 consecutive business days = COMPLETE CLOWN SHOW!!! This problem needs to get fixed and stat! Dr. Sinnott seemed to us to be a hometown kind of doc who genuinely cared for his patients. We only used him a couple of times, but in retrospect we could've served ourselves and our family far better by making the short drive to Coquille for this type of care as opposed to wrestling with North Bend Medical Center and Bay Area Hospital over the many years we've lived around here. Nice guy. Caring, compassionate, and if he doesn't know the answer, he's not afraid to say so. Gee... I need to find out if he's still in business. For some reason I'm thinking he retired. Good doc. Really good doc.
