All I ordered was a gold engraved plate and it took almost three weeks just to get a layout proof through email for me to approve. After that about a week and a half until they told me I could pick up my order. I am standing in this store as I type up this review on this awful awards store. I received an email last night stating that my order was ready for pick up and I arrive and they tell me they cannot find my order. SERIOUSLY?!!!!! Waiting here while Dale creates another engraved plate for me right now. Don't come here if you need custom awards or engravings made! I am definitely never coming here again for our work awards. Sucks for them because they could've gotten a lot of business from my company. Oh well!
