I'm very disappointed with the unprofessional nature of Trophies Unlimited during the last few days…read moreas explained below. I called them repeatedly on Wednesday, 7-2-25 at their phone number ((951) 788-5511) listed on their website (https://www.turiverside.com/shopping-cart/site/contact-us.php). I wanted to place an order for trophies. No one at Trophies Unlimited personally answered the phone; instead a voicemail invited me to leave a message. On 7-2-25, to expedite things, I emailed Trophies Unlimited at their email address (trophies4you@yahoo.com) specified on their website. The email I sent provided detailed information as to the kinds of trophies I wanted; the Trophies Unlimited product number and cost as advertised on their website; a photo from Trophies Unlimited's website of the kind of awards I wanted; and specific information about, among other things, the proposed text to appear on the award, and the "Laser/Sand Blast engraving" that Trophies Unlimited advertised it provided. Their website also said, "Production lead time for this product is 5 days." I sent my 7-2-25 email therefore in plenty of time, as I told Trophies Unlimited in my email that I wanted to deliver the awards to the awardees on 7-31-2025. To further expedite matters, I also told Trophies Unlimited in my email that I would pickup at their Riverside, Ca. store the awards and their boxes. I asked two questions in my email, including a request for an itemized cost for the awards. Trophies Unlimited did not reply to my email. On Monday, 7-7-25, I went to Trophies Unlimited's store at their address listed on their website: 6940 Indiana Avenue, Suite 2, Riverside, Ca. A sign on their door (I took a photo of it) said in various fonts, "We are currently closed. Returning Monday July 14 10:00am-5:30pm. We apologize for any inconvenience. Trophies Unlimited." (Bold added.) I have no idea how long that sign was on the door. I would have expected Trophies Unlimited as a matter of professionalism if not common courtesy to modify their business voicemail message and/or website to add the simplest of notices: they would not return until 7-14-25. In my opinion the failure of Trophies Unlimited to do so tells me a lot about what they think of potential customers. In the past I have received outstanding service from American Trophy and Award Company ((213) 553-9334 and (951) 479-0845; American Trophy & Award Company, Los Angeles, CA 90012), but because of a change in my location I decided to try Trophies Unlimited. Never again; back to American Trophy. I am giving Trophies Unlimited one-star, only because Yelp requires you to select some star. (Yelp's Toronto, Canada address for me is erroneous; I live in Southern California.)

Bought a $1,200 gold charm for my wife, 48 anniversary. Took it in on a Thursday to have it…read moreengraved, "48" on the front, and "2026" on the back. Owner said it will be ready "midweek", he will call me when done. Thursday the following week no phone call so I called at 10:30. Owner said he was not at work (they open at 11) but he would call me when he got in with status of job. At 4:30, still no call, so I called again. He was a little put out that I had called and said he would take care of it immediately as it wasn't done. I told him I was running out of time and I needed it. He said come in tomorrow after 11. I went in at 3 PM on Friday, the charm was engraved, "48" on the front and "26" on the back not "2026" as the order stipulated. He also didn't give me a receipt when I dropped it off so I took a photo of the order which clearly said to engrave "2026" on the back. In his rush to finish the job, he failed to set the machine up correctly for the back. If I had my own business and was backlogged with work so bad that I had to give a 7 day lead time for a simple engraving job that would take 1/2 hour, I'm sure I'd be working more than 6 hours a day, 5 on Friday and not working at all on the weekends. So, in summary, if you want the owner to not call you when he said he would and engrave an expensive piece of jewelry incorrectly, he's your guy.
