Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We ordered cubicles and office tables and a conference table for our office and we asked for brand new. They told us 4 weeks for cubes and 8 weeks for desks and conference table. We paid the deposit so we could get the ball rolling and they told us it would be completed on a Thursday. When they finally showed up to install the cubicles, we looked and found out that they sent us refurbished instead. On top of that when they came to install they didn't even have everything prepared. They installed a portion of it one day and then over the period of a couple weeks now, we are still waiting for them to install some pieces. Every time we try to call or email or text, they just completely ignore us.(except when we call the main # because a receptionist has to answer that call) We have been asking for the past couple of weeks what the status is for our order and it seems like John(CEO) is too busy to handle our calls. I understand he is busy since he is the CEO, but if he is busy, he should not have sold us the furniture himself. He should have passed the sale to one of his sales people instead, because at least maybe they would respond to our calls/emails. We placed our order sometime in the beginning of July, and now here it is almost September and they still have not finished our order yet. .
