If I could give 6 stars I would. I got a gorgeous sun piñata for a friend who lives in a different state. Unfortunately iIt was too big to pack in a standard large shipping box so I bought two boxes, scissors and packing tape. I then returned to the store to ask for help packing it knowing they may understand what kind of padding it would need to safely ship. Miriam the owner and I worked diligently, patiently with humor to build a box for it from the two boxes. Voila! The post office accepted it and my piñata is on the go to Seattle. I had contacted Premier Rentals for a fundraiser we were hosting and I am familiar with them, however, unless you need something specific, I would shop around because their prices are high and their website is awful. If you go to their warehouse, they have tons of stuff that you have no idea is available based on their basic website. For our event, I just needed 2 swamp coolers, a cocktail table and 2 high chairs and I recalled someone mentioning SoCo Partyland before so I swung by. TBH, if you do not meet Miriam or know a decent amount of Spanish, you are going to have to pull your translation app out and put it to work. For the items I needed, I was only charged $450 and that included delivery and pickup! You wouldn't believe the quote I received at other higher end rental stores; let's just say the price was a little over $1,000. They do not have a ton of stuff, but if you are in the market for a piñata or you are on a tight budget, I do highly recommend this store. read more

We rented a bounce house from them for my son's birthday last weekend and they were great! I reserved in person and they walked me through the process, took a deposit, and I got a confirmation call the evening before. They showed up on time for setup and removal (very important because we were setting up in a park and only had a specific time slot reserved). They were friendly and helpful at every step of the way and the kids had a BLAST in the bounce house! My only feedback would be that we didn't find out until the confirmation call that the larger house we got needed two motors and they had to be on separate circuits - probably would have been better to know that when we first rented. read more

Although this place is tucked away, it's full of piñatas and party needs. We got a beautiful unicorn for a small child's party. It was a medium and plenty big for the kids (ages 3-10). They were very helpful and I was impressed with their inventory! read more

Place is pricey and poor customer service but this was the best place I could find on such short notice.

This place does affordable bouncy house/moon walk, table and chair rental. I'm sure they offer some other things to rent, but I didn't ask. They gave me an excellent price on a bouncy house and included 8 chairs, a table and pinata as part of the deal. They delivered it for a low fee, set it up, took it down in a timely and professional manner. The guy who runs the shop is very friendly. They have a wide selection of bouncy houses to choose from, like 20+. If you expect a trendy or big box kind of place, don't go here. This place is pure Mom & Pop with all its charming imperfections. They also have a large variety of party supplies and an awesome pinata room with just about every type of pinata you can imagine. My only complaint is that it is a tad dimly lit. read more

Soco Partyland is the best place in Austin tx to find party supplies for kids they have inflatable water slides bounce houses and other inflatables they also have concessions for food like cotton candy popcorn and pinata's and ect I 100% recommend soco partyland I always go here for my sons party's and there a big hit plz come you will 100% not regret paying a visit staff is supper happy and talkative they are supper friendly. read more

This piñata store actually had some very hard to find Sesame Street Beginnings 1st Birthday party supplies!!!! The prices were great too!!
