I have had this done before at other doctors offices with great results. I will be going somewhere with an experienced injector next time. UPDATE: I have uploaded pictures showing my still lumpy face on 3/1/17. I also disputed the charges with my credit card company and won after they saw the photos, correspondence between the company, and info from my second and third opinions on how to handle the poor placement and overfilling. The owner did have a chance to submit a rebuttal and it was very inaccurate and insulting. I was appalled in the response to the credit card company that the owner stated that I could not be pleased and had unrealistic facial expectations. You can look at the photos I have posted (taken today 3/1/17) and see the results for yourself. Keep in mind the injections were done mid-October. It is horrible, that the owner thinks she gave a good service. There were several red flags and I wished I would have listened to my gut. This might be a good place for an overpriced facial but beware of injections.

The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. Again, my primary care doc is all on board with Dr. Petteruti's treatments. Big box medicine addresses symptoms in a wack -a- mole methodology. About 6-7 who had been waiting before me went in, then three people who arrived after me were called in. As we approached and passed lunchtime I started to get hungry and feel a little sick. Finally at about 12:10, I went to the window and told them that I was not waiting any longer and to cancel my appointment. I am not usually one of those women who like to whine and complain about everything. This was just too much! My husband left work during a very busy period to come with me to this appointment and we were really looking forward to it, but the anticipation became frustration and negativity due to this office's complete lack of time management and respect for patients' time. Apparently they recently changed their computer system and things have been taking a little longer. They have a sign on the window making an excuse to that effect. Well, I don't care about the computer system. If you can't use it efficiently, you need to schedule fewer patients until you figure it out. I am really tired of being taken advantage of by medical providers who only want to squeeze every last dime they can by cramming tons of patients into their schedules. It's really a shame, because I wanted to see these doctors for my pregnancy, however, I feel that I can get better care somewhere else.

I really enjoy my visits here. My ob/gyn has an office here and I visit their breast health center…read morefor my annual mammogram. The hospital has an intimate feel. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The facilities are spotless. The other perk is that there is never a long jaunt from the parking area into the hospital. The parking lot surrounds the hospital and you park your car less than 50 feet from the entrance. The breast health center even has pink ribbon reserved parking if you are coming for a check-up. A very nice touch. I have never used their emergency room facility or labor/delivery. I have visited a family member that delivered her daughter here. The maternity floor had a boutique hotel feel to it. The rooms were private and were comfortably appointed and tastefully furnished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hospital to a friend or family member.
