He showed up an hour late in a broke down car with a "friend" and no tools even though he assessed what he would need the week before. They looked dirty and like they had a rough night partying the night before. Then left to go to Ace despite the fact the dresser came with tools and I also have my own. They left and then 2 hours later I messaged him I have plans and needed to leave. He showed back up and wanted to take the dresser to his "shop" and return in a few hours. Over a 3 day period he made up excuses on why it was taking so long, including telling me his uncle went to the hospital and died! He told me the dresser was built that day, then the next said there was missing instructions and took another day, then he said parts were missing and he had to "fabricate parts". Over these 3 days me and my kids dad tried telling him to just bring the dresser back and how uncomfortable I was. He would not bring it back until he was done. Once returned and he was paid, I moved the dresser and it fell apart. He did a ton of damage and then tried to glue it together hoping it would stay. I requested a refund and he refused to make it right and started insulting me and telling me it's my fault because I moved it. It was brand new in a box, I should be able to move it, with out it falling apart. Now I'm left to try and report him while being out $500 as a single mom. This was sooo wrong! Do not trust him!

We went through three contractors when we found Matt. The first one bowed out because the project was "too much," the second ghosted us after three weeks, and the third only did a portion of what he included in his bid. Matt swooped in and rescued us. He was straight-forward and on top of everything from day one. He went above and beyond to help us navigate what we needed to do with the county and graciously made himself available for our dumbest of questions. I reached out to them and they quickly looked at the work that needed to be done. Their quote was about what I expected. As a bonus they also guided me about filling out a Fuel Reduction plan with a state agency. This allowed me to recover $500 back from the cost of the clean up. They did a great job on the lot and it looks exactly the way we wanted it. This is despite them running into a yellow jackets next on the property. "We got pretty tore up". It is now a few years later and I use them each year for their turn on and turn off service which must be done each Spring and Fall. If a head get broken or anything needs to be adjusted they do it fast and correctly. This is a small business and Daren Kaufmann the owner is always on the job to make sure it goes as planned. I would recommend this company and have to all or our friends and relatives and you can see my lawn before and after on their website. There is no way to maintain a lawn without an automated sprinkler system. My sprinklers go on two to three days a week in the growing season and start at around 4 AM. Th problem with most people is they try to put their own sprinklers on at the wrong time of the day and there is no consistency in the watering. A good lawn needs sun, food and water to grow properly.
