BUT they (1) shoved the old piece too far up, so now it doesn't reach the driveway (leaving the water to run into the landscaping and erode the dirt under the driveway), and (2) attached it upside down, putting a sharp edge on top that someone can cut their leg on. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. I paid $2,650 for the job. Less than two years later (May 2025), water started pouring from the exact same spot again. When I called him back, he came out and quoted me another $2,650, claiming it was a different leak and that his work is only covered for one year. He also pointed out an unrelated area in my garage and tried to upsell me additional repairs for over $4,000 total. When I questioned why I should pay again for a problem that clearly wasn't fixed properly the first time, he simply repeated that he only offers a one-year warranty and "this is Florida, it rains a lot." I found this experience to be very disappointing and feel it reflects poor workmanship and questionable business practices.
