I can't find the model I'm looking for and I'm not sure why. I enjoy driving by and looking at their cool jukebox car building, but I would need a better reason to buy there. I've also heard stories, so make sure you get a mechanic to fully look at any car here before you buy.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

Scheduling was easy and fast with great communication. I went to the Wexford, PA site for repair; it's a little difficult to find, but worth the trip. Craig, the specialist, met me and walked me thru the work and estimate of time. I walked to Dunkin Donuts close by and worked while my repairs were completed. When I returned, I was shocked! the rims looked brand new!! I am so grateful for this exceptional service and quality of work.

I took the car to my dealer to double check that the rims and tires were in fact safe to drive on and, reassured that it was only cosmetic, was told that they worked with this vendor to repair damage like mine, that I could expect about $250 per wheel and it would look brand new. I wish I had taken photos because this was BAD and I was highly skeptical but, a few weeks later, I dropped off my car at my dealer on a scheduled date, they worked with Alloy to take my car there and, a couple of days later, I had my car back and it looked like this damage never even happened. They are magicians. I'm thrilled with the work and would recommend them highly.

Please do yourself a favor and never go…read morethere. i needed some work done on my exhaust. i dropped off my keys on 9/11/17 in the morning. A couple of hours later, i received a phone call from them. they quoted me a price that i believed to be exorbitant. i thereby declined their services. on 9/13, i went there in the morning to get my keys. i was handed a key whose remote was cracked and had holes on every button. i told john (one of the workers there) that my key remote did not look like this when i handed it to them a day and half ago. instead of trying to figure out why my key was now broken, he told me the lady who checked-in my key can TESTIFY to the FACT that the key remote i handed to her had holes in it and was cracked. come to find out, the key they handed to me earlier was'nt mine and when they found my actual key, there were no holes nor cracks on it. i understand that mistakes happen but i don't appreciate being accused of lying and being lied on. By the way, i received no apology for their mistake. Please stay away from these people.

This review is on Snyder Brothers in Carnegie. If I could give this auto shop 0 stars I would…read morebecause they don't even deserve 1 star. I went there on 9/27/14 to get new brakes on my car. I noticed that they took longer than expected (close to 2 hours when they told me it would only be about 30-45 mins), but I didn't think much of it. When I left my car appeared to be driving fine until the next day (9/28/14). I was on the highway and heard a loud banging sound come from underneath my car. When I went to brake, I couldn't and realized that I LOST MY BRAKES ON THE HIGHWAY!!! By God's grace, I was able to get to an auto shop without causing an accident. When I got out of my car, the mechanic immediately noticed that the outer part of my left brake pad came off. After a complete diagnosis was done, it was determined that my left caliber wasn't installed correctly back onto my car resulting in the bolts and caliber coming off while I was driving. I also have pictures of the caliber dangling underneath my car which looks crazy. The mechanic even said he never seen anything like this before. Obviously I was very upset and did receive a refund from Snyder's, but their attitude was VERY RUDE AND UNAPOLOGETIC. The mechanic (Steve Corbly) that SABOTAGED my car wouldn't even look me in the face and just shrugged his shoulders and said 'I don't know what happened'. The owner (Dan) even admitted that Steve's behavior was unacceptable, yet he still works there. To make matters worse, the owner told me that Steve had the NERVE to try and flip it and say that someone else tampered with my car. So I guess someone just went underneath my car in the middle of the night and loosened the bolts on my caliber...REALLY??? This was a completely RIDICULOUS statement especially since I have an alarm on my vehicle, and never had any issues like this before. They are just trying to cover their mess by making up nonsense, which really PISSED ME OFF. I don't usually right bad reviews, but Snyder Brothers need to be exposed because this could have been a tragic situation and they could care less about my safety!!! Any auto shop that's more concerned with protecting the faults of a mechanic than the safety of its customer needs to be shut down immediately because the next person may not be as fortunate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
