    Cracked windshield

Dear Carvana Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent purchase of a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (purchased on May 15, 2025) from Carvana, my fifth and likely final transaction with Carvana. Upon picking up the vehicle at the Moosic, PA location, I immediately identified a large crack in the windshield. I notified the Carvana associate at the time of pickup, who acknowledged the damage, took photos of the crack using his iPad, and confirmed that notes were added to my account indicating the issue. He also assured me that an after-sales repair would be approved to resolve the matter. Despite this documented acknowledgment and the associate's verbal assurance, I have now received an email from Carvana denying the repair, and customer support has stated there is no record of the photos or notes. This response is unacceptable, especially given that the damage was brought to Carvana's attention before I took possession of the vehicle. Selling a vehicle with undisclosed visible damage, particularly one that may affect vehicle inspection or safety compliance, raises serious concerns under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. The fact that the issue was acknowledged and then denied adds further weight to a claim of deceptive or misleading business practices. I am requesting that Carvana: Honor the original promise made by the delivery associate and approve a full windshield repair or replacement at no cost to me. Provide a written response to this complaint within 24 hours of receipt, to maintain my 7-Day return window If this issue is not resolved promptly and fairly, not only will I return the vehicle as I am still within the 7-Day return window, I will have no choice but to also File a formal complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection Submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Explore legal remedies through Pennsylvania's Magisterial District Court (small claims) I hope we can resolve this without further escalation. I would still prefer to maintain a positive relationship with Carvana and believe that honoring this repair request is both appropriate and necessary.

The easy process was anything but. I spent hours on the phone. Car arrived very dirty and I'm still waiting on a refund to have it cleaned. So much less than what I expected.

Before I even saw the bike, I was told: * Cash only * Paperwork was already prepared * I was asked to sign before inspecting the motorcycle * I was not allowed to test ride Once I finally inspected the bike in person, the condition did not match the advertisement: * Visible rust on the frame * Rust in the rear * Corroded and worn hardware/screws * Clearly not "mint" and not "no scratches / garage kept" as described When I calmly pointed out the issues and asked why none of this was disclosed beforehand, the seller became angry and defensive and claimed he "didn't know" and that it was "normal." This was a complete waste of time, fuel, and effort after traveling six hours based on inaccurate information. I walked away because the motorcycle was not as advertised and the pressure to sign and pay cash before inspection was unacceptable. I am leaving this review so others don't make the same long trip under false expectations.

Drove 4 hours there to check it out and the car was in total disrepair. Brakes were noisy where they just slapped some cheap pads on it. I asked them if it had ever been in an an accident and they said it never had been and its all original paint. After about 30 minutes going back and forth I finally had them run the carfax and wouldn't you know it was involved in a front end collision. These guys will tell you anything to try and take your money. Overall it was a total waste of time and I left empty handed.

My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

The very next day, I received a call saying that because my Social Security number had supposedly been entered incorrectly, I was no longer approved and they couldn't offer me any financing. I'm confused and frustrated. If there was an issue with my information, why was I initially approved and why was my credit pulled before everything was verified? I was counting on this loan to consolidate and pay off some bills, only to have the approval taken away the next day. To make matters worse, I had received a special loan offer in the mail encouraging me to apply, which made this experience even more disappointing. The entire process felt misleading and poorly handled. I understand that approvals can depend on verification, but better communication and more thorough review before pulling someone's credit would have saved a lot of frustration. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I can't recommend OneMain Financial.

However, one saleswoman in particular literally called several times a week after I politely explained that I no longer needed a vehicle, therefore no longer needed their services. The calls, voicemails and emails stopped, for a little while. Recently I found myself looking for a vehicle again and since their promise is credit is not an issue, I took the chance to see if what they have to offer is really something for me. HUGE MISTAKE. The same saleswoman was back at it again, literally calling every single day and I called the office for a second year in a row to let someone know that this gal was wasting her time reaching out to me because I've found a vehicle and again, don't need one anymore. I wish this was the end. I continued to receive calls, daily, emails, daily and finally I wrote out what I believed to be a firm and polite email asking not to be contacted and that I would reach out if I needed to and when she replied I figured she'd finally gotten the hint. Nope. When a salesperson is contacting you every day with a product in which you do not need, it's off-putting, extremely invasive, unprofessional and quite rude but most of all desperate and annoying. Who wants to do business with someone with what is visibly desperation? If they're willing to go go that length before any business transactions occur, what will your experience be once you start the process of making a purchase? Are they going to rush and potentially cut corners or leave out the fine print to make a sale? Maybe. I've worked in sales, cold calling, in store customer service, call center customer service, in person sales, you name it, I've done it and I can relate with the need to meet a quota and keep a roof over your head. However, when you literally harass someone AFTER they've politely declined your offer several times for a legitimate reason, you've crossed a major line and it is so, so, very unprofessional and I'm so disappointed with the way my situation has been handled over the course of a YEAR. To wrap it up, don't contact this particular location unless you've 100% made your mind up about the company you want to go with when you're looking for a new vehicle, unless you want to be contacted on a daily basis by people who can't understand what "I don't need a vehicle, thanks for reaching out, there's no need to continue to contact me" I do have proof of all of this but as an effort to conceal her name and as to not "name and shame" for lack of a better term, I've decided not to include several screen grabs
