Their price for tires includes free rotations and balancing, and any other issues with the tires short of a puncture. Their reasonable price IS the price: unlike Firestone and NTB, they won't fee you to death. It's no accident I've been going there for 23 years. I've also noticed that there are a lot of women customers. I have certainly never seen ANY of the staff be condescending or trying to upsell to women, as some car-related businesses do.
