I found Dr. Odetunde online and called for an appointment. The secretary wasn't the friendliest, but she was still definitely nice. To my surprise, Dr. Odetunde was available for basically any time slot I wanted. At first, this worried me a little bit. After all, shouldn't a good doctor have a lot of other patients to see? I chalked it up as luck and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The office is located right off of 610, just west of the Bennigan's and Ford dealership (right around Fannin I think?), in one of those huge office buildings. I didn't wait long at all, and Dr. Odetunde ended up being one of the nicest doctors I've ever met. She immediately figured out my problem (spasms) and sent me off with a couple of prescriptions and an x-ray order. After this visit, I saw her again for some sleeping problems and some injuries I got in a car accident. She remembers her patients and is very knowledgeable. I recommend her to anyone :) Now that I'm living in Ft. Worth, I miss having her as my doctor, even though I only saw her for a couple of months!

It is honestly just an iron wall. You simply have to get through in order to get an appointment but once you do only contact your doctor there and provider not them. :) UPDATE: I did receive a call from a different care specialist and she was able to reschedule my appointment for an earlier time thank goodness I guess it just depends on who you talk to that's why it is important to call multiple times!!

After he got off he took my name and said I don't know if you will be seen it's now 8:53am, I said I thought it was at 15 minutes grace period plus you was on the phone I was only 5 minutes he said have a sit and he would see. Calls me back up and say I couldn't be seen til 10:15am, Mind you I drove over an hour and work right after . He said the system is set up like that meaning he couldn't check me in til he was off the phone. I liked the doctor here but I'll just continue with Texas Children instead. That was so rude and unprofessional. The attitude and everything was not needed. Staying a hour away and still only being 5 mins late shouldn't push my appointment back. They need new people in the front checking others in.

Just had the absolute worst customer service experience with the receptionist for Dr. Hoffman. Have…read morebeen seeing Dr. Hoffman for over 5 years now, and never have I been told I can't speak to Dr. Hoffman, or not even honor a request to have her call me at her convenience, until today. All I got was an egotistical administrator, who raved about working in the office for 9 years, that refused to even contact my insurance company in reference to an adjustment in a referral, which is what the insurance company told me to have my pcp do. Sad..I'll be changing pcp's once this ordeal is over with, because Dr. Hoffman herself is actually a good physician! Too bad her staff's ego ruined this relationship.. then again, I'm sure it's no loss to them, as I'm sure another patient will walk in, thus having them bleed another individuals insurance benefits.. steer clear!
