I've found the staff very friendly and very efficient. The wait time to see Dr. Burack has been terrific. Now the physical therapy department has all new therapy employees and the office staff and patients (me) were not informed. They showed up for work and there's all new people there. I drove quite a distance to see a specific therapist and when I get there I'm told he's no longer there. I get more respect from my hair salon. Every time I come to him, he says, " What did you do now?" With a chuckle, of course. I really appreciate that he is not quick to suggest overly invasive remedies - he's a fan of PT and now I am, too, and natural ways to reduce inflammation and increase strength to prevent injury. I have learned that many injuries are simply due to weakness and, for me, overtraining, but he gives me the guidance and care I need so I can continue to train safely. It's also pretty easy to get an appointment when you want. On the other hand, I do find his front desk staff to be aloof and cold, and often I have to wait a very long time to be seen, but it's par for the course at so many medical practices, unfortunately.

I went in today, and it was met with dismissive, rude behavior from the receptionist who refused to help. After years of loyalty, this practice has been a complete disappointment--both in care and in customer service.
