At every other dealership I've been to, the diagnostic charge has always been applied toward the repair once the work was authorized--so this practice felt unfair and unnecessary. The staff themselves were kind, courteous, and understanding, which I do appreciate. However, it seems that upper management is more focused on profit than long-term customer satisfaction. While I paid both the diagnostic fee and the repair bill without dispute, this experience left a lasting impression. If course we're upset at this point because I'm without a vehicle and my husband expressed it better be ready by Tuesday noon. Well it was ready by noon and since it's my vehicle i went to pick it up. The advisor my husband had been dealing with Tommy was the person I was directed to speak with to get my vehicle. He barely spoke to me, never explained anything to me and immediately pulled out a stack of papers and said sign here. I questioned what I was signing and he spoke(finally words came out his mouth), again he said sign here, I had to ask what's this for and one more time he says sign here and one last time I had to ask for what reason am I signing! Tommy is very unprofessional, not personable what do ever and very rude! Now that I know the work being done was extended warranty work I will not ever take my vehicle back to them, I can go anywhere that is certified to do warranty work. Our vehicle has been at the service department for several weeks and have made zero progress on this issue. Stellantis blames dealer, dealer blames Stellantis, meanwhile, we are stuck with a lemon that has a parking brake issue which doesn't create an "error code", therefore, doesn't exist except in our own minds apparently. Interestingly, Jeep was under investigation for a parking break issue in 2022 for EPB brakes that activated while driving after they received 80 complaints. Meanwhile, I've been following the news of Stellantis which has become an utter train wreck. Auto union wants CEO to step down due to plant closures. The company is the only auto company who has yet to recover from COVID lockdowns and continues to lose money. The CEO admitted they have at least two factories turning out problematic products. The great grandson of Chrysler wrote and open letter blaming Stellantis for basically ruining an American brand. Dealers are stuck with bloated inventory they can't sell and Stellantis won't by back, which launched a law suit in NC. Buyer beware! Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler are not in good shape right now. Well I had a radiator flush and fill and they quoted one price then after the service the price went up. So the guy says I'll get a free car detail or oil change if I leave a good review. So I went in today due to my exhaust manifold being broke at 37k miles very disappointing probably done with Ram altogether since this is an ongoing problem with their trucks and they won't fix it! and to get a factory recall on some module fixed. After having our family car, a Dodge Durango there for two months (July and August) and paying $5,500 for repairs in September, I now have my car sitting in my driveway I cannot drive because it still needs repair!! We picked it up and had it a day and heard knocking coming from the engine upon getting out and running errands so we stopped by and waited for it to have yet another diagnosis, now it needs another $6,000 worth of repair because they could not diagnose it correctly the first go around, basically a new engine which would have cost nearly the same as the heads we paid for?! It's absolutely unacceptable. We have three children to get to school, appointments, therapy and work. Which I have not been able to do in months, our youngest daughter who is a wheelchair user has not been able to go and take her wheels anywhere since my broken SUV is the only car that fits her wheelchair in it. You've taken an entire families way of life with your missed diagnosis. Thousands of dollars is not pocket change in today's economy and for most families. My husband worked tirelessly for two months, making overtime to pay for those repairs that was said would repair my vehicle and it did not! The owner needs to call or answer our email and resolve this situation as we feel like we have been wronged. If it needed a new engine we should have been quoted a new engine in the FIRST place, not after we get the heads repaired and paid for! We used to have trust in your business but to say least we are very disappointed and angry at the outcome of things. We feel the tech is at 100% at fault. I had a 7:30 AM appointment for a full synthetic oil change. it took over 4 hours for an oil change that should take less than an hour when an appointment is scheduled. Upon receiving my paperwork I realized I received a standard oil change and not the services I requested. I was bothered by this but didn't say anything as I was charged the lesser price and after 4 hours I didn't have time to wait around for the services I requested. After leaving I received a call that the tech didnt not put my wheel lock back in my truck so I had to drive back to the dealership to pick it up. At this time I brought my concerns to my advisor Chris and he completely blew them off and just told me to have a good day. So I have had enough. I am at my wits end with South Point Dodge in Tulsa. Purchased a car February 5. This after we were told car had a clean title and was ready to go. We paid cash so no lender was involved. We were sent home with a 60-day temporary tag. First month goes by no big deal. Second month nearing an end and I start calling the dealership trying to figure out where my title was. After numerous phone calls and messages left I finally had to drive down to the dealership so I could talk to somebody. Finally someone came out and said It was taking longer than expected to get the lien release from the previous owner. They gave me a new 60-day temp tag and said they would call me. Month three goes by with no phone call. Then we were almost at the end of month four. Once again Mike and I both went down to the dealership to figure out what the heck was going on. We were told that they were still having a hard time getting the lien release from the previous owners lender. The GM assured us that he would have it taken care of but he was originally told it wasn't that important to us and there was no rush......uh NEVER said anything like that at all. But apparently they assumed because I was trying to be understanding that that meant it wasn't a priority. Wrong....so wrong. We had to leave with yet another temp tag. We finally got a call back from the GM a week later saying the lender was sending the lien release and he would have the title to me shortly. No return call. We let another week go by and start calling again. This time we were told there was a computer hack and they were unable to do anything but they were working on it and would get back to us. Few more days go by no return call. We call back again they've fixed the hack but they told us that the lien release had been sent several months prior but they didn't get it. The strangest part is we kept getting told that the previous creditor had not sent lien release yet. So it could have been sent months ago or maybe not. But they had had the previous lender reissue the lien release and I should have my title in another week. Another week and a half go by no return call so we're chasing them down again. This time we were told that they had to apply for a duplicate title. So who the heck knows what the actual story is. All I know is it's been 155 days and South Point Dodge has yet to get me a title that they said they had ready to go when I paid cash for a car. read more

I am very disappointed with this service department. I started using them when Carmax refused to change bad parts that were under warranty. I have a check engine light for a misfire and brought it in. It took two weeks and nearly $200 for them to contact me to tell me they need to change a sensor before continuing troubleshooting the problem. I replaced this sensor and brought it back. It cost me over $200 again for them to diagnose all of the sensors on the engine totaling $6,000. Although that might not fix it and it would possibly require a engine disassembly. For a misfire? Dropped off my truck at the service for the first time for a couple recall notices. Dropped off around 12:30 and was not greeted in the service lane so I had to go into the office. After getting ignored by a couple people for a few minutes someone finally asked me what I needed. While I was leaving, I noticed they were closing early at 5:00 pm. At 4:15 I hadn't heard from them so I texted asking if it would be ready before 5 so I could get it picked up before they closed. No response. I then called at 4:40 and asked the same question. They informed me they were open until 7:00 pm but would transfer me to my service advisor for an update. The phone rang and rang with no answer and no voicemail. I tried at 6:10 and was told the same thing, that they close at 7:00 pm. Was transferred over to nothing but more ringing. Decided to drive down there and at 6:40 I pulled in front of the service center to nothing but a black building because they closed at 5. I had to go to the sales manager to get a status update only to find out my truck was ready a few minutes after 2:30 with absolutely no notification. Absolutely horrible service. read more

I acknowledge that the white person is engaging in sexism or audit behavior, and not knowing the Deaf community had disadvantaged me; I am deaf and stupid because of that. That reminds me that one of the service advisors at South CDJR Pointe Sevice also jinxed my previous vehicle, and I guess that was what her job is paid, and then she baited me for her credit bonus money. I stopped to take it there in a few months, then went Firestone instead. They told me to recommend trade old for new due to that old car's issues. My car started to have a couple issues since eight months back that I traded it from South CDJR Pointe. I made my vow to never buy or trade this place again, felt like curse. My friends and family said do not go there in place and find a integrity employee and offers some good reasons. I would not recommend visiting this dealership for two negative reasons: unfriendly deaf and lack of integrities that I talked about. I am making this review for the service department. I made an appointment to have some recalls taken care of that they recommended. Recalls that they issues. Told the service department this is why I was coming In. They made a appointment with me. I came in. The service department told me they do not have a diesel tech working weekends. And had no idea why I was even coming in. All they could do was change my oil. Had no solution to this problem. Told me they use a call center that schedules for 236 dealerships nationwide and they do not know who is staffed and cannot make accurate appointments. So I left. We had a very heated telephone call which was incredibly unprofessional on his part to talk to a customer with this tone. So the final discussion is that I wasn't a regular customer although I had told them I was moving and would be, so if you are from out of town expect to be treated like trash or most likely ignored. Second he agreed to fix my truck with the condition I take my post down. I told him I would do this after the truck was fixed but he got upset and started harassing me by text message over the weekend to take it down. I have never in my adult life ever been treated like this and warn anyone to go to this dealership as after asking around this is a very normal thing for them. As I mentioned absolutely horrid and whoever is the general manager should fire the entire service team. I will be lodging a complaint now directly with Dodge about this for what that's worth. I gave this dealership a call and a woman was able to assist me, pretty much told me to come right in. After dropping my truck off, I get a call saying it would be DOUBLE the agreed price. I had to argue with the service department and eventually the manager about false advertising before they agreed to the original price. They also found drive shaft damage, told me it would take two days to fix. Then the girl went on vacation, and I never heard anything from ANYONE about it. Brought my 2020 Ram (35k miles and running perfectly) in for routine, scheduled maintenance and South Pointe CJDR managed to put it out of commission for about a month. They failed to secure the fill plug to the rear differential, all the fluid drained, and i had metal grinding against metal. They charged me $500+ for their trouble. To their credit, they set me up with a rental car and they did fix the issue. Hence, the 1-star rating rather than 0. However, they billed Ram $1800+ for the damage that they caused. Seems unethical. This was not due to defective parts. This was due to their own oversight and/or ineptitude - a company shouldn't profit from either in my opinion. The customer service leaves something to be desired. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing i called them to see if they had diagnosed or begun the repair. They didn't me call back, but responded with all caps texts messages. In person they're too busy to look up from their computer screens and make eye contact. No summary of the work done was given, other than "your truck is ready," and the service advisor became impatient when i wanted to read the work order before i signed it. I won't be back and suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere. read more

Next day I talk to them. So sorry, we're going to get right on that but, oh, BTW, we lost the key. Also, could you give us the warrenty info again? Next day I talk to them. Yep, we're going to get on that but, hey, we can create you a new key. We ask about changing out the codes. Oh, gee, nooo, can't really do that. BTW, can we get that warrenty info again! Next day they call and tell me the warrenty doesn't cover the radio. I call Mopar and, surprise, they DO cover the radio and, even better, they can tell from their logs that no dealer inquiry has been made about the vechile AT ALL. These guys have lied to me non-stop. Made appointment in service department for 8am for 2 recalls and an oil change. Never got a timeline on when it will all be completed, but service rep tells me a lot of oil changes just rolled in right before me- then why even schedule an appointment if it's going to be pushed to the back of the line anyways? Next the technician recommends some rear break maintenance and I agree to that on top of the recalls and oil change I originally came in for. Rep tells me it will all be done early/mid afternoon. 5pm rolls around, after numerous attempts to contact service rep- he returns my call telling me the original technician apparently left the shop today unbeknownst to him and he's got a new guy in my Jeep but it won't be ready til 7/8pm now. Decided to leave it over night... remember I started this with a 8am "appointment." Move forward to next morning- go to pick up Jeep- only to find out they only completed the oil change and recall services- did not do the rear break maintenance. In fact the new service rep I was with a day later couldn't even find a ticket for that service as discussed.
