He also graciously gave us lots of advice about the new front door we had had installed recently, showing us the errors in craftsmanship. The doors slide open so beautifully that I can open them with my pinky.. We had to match some stains and he came back specially two or three times to make sure I was perfectly happy with the color match. He is very friendly and really cares that his customers are happy. we had looked at a lot of different options for who we were going to choose for our windows and doors and we liked the personal attention and we could see that he really loves what he does. some of the other companies sometimes seemed like they were very aggressively trying to rope us in. He has a team/ crew that are on call around the clock and have come back several times to try to find the grids for my windows, which were so old that they were not even made any more. This required looking at floorplans and his team was very diligent and patient. He knew that I was rushing to get the job done in time for my birthday . Even though I was probably annoying he. actually accommodated this which was a miracle. I cannot wait for all my friends. To arrive at my birthday so I can show off my new doors. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

We really believed we would have an excellent experience and the best customer service since we were paying top prices for customized doors. After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.
