Then the cost of the additional repairs that were absolutely necessary, were extremely reasonable. The work was done in a timely manner and the deck looks GREAT. Brian and his employee was very responsible to keep me informed about every step of the process and the cleanup afterwards. He wasn't able to come....had a " fire dept. thing. On the day he was supposed to come, we were up and waiting.....had to call again. So his crew arrived...very nice guys. Foreman worked hard to solve one issue. The quality of the railing materials....stinks. I'm sure they came from Home Depot. Treated lumber for stair posts with obvious gouges and splintering. Screws on decking not flush. This was not a cheap job. We expected better.

Paul, the owner, gained my trust instantly with his professional and personable manner. Paul was by my side throughout the entire process. For example, he brought me to the flooring store where he assisted me with picking the flooring with the best quality that would work for my home. Everyday, Paul showed up to the house and checked on progress and addressed anything that needed attention. Paul said everything would be done in 4 weeks. After seeing how well the renovations were going, I kept adding additional things to be done including a large beautiful built in for my den which has become the favorite room in the house. Everything was completely finished in 4 weeks. The crew showed up everyday on time. They were respectful, clean and helped out with extra things where needed. Four months later and their "plumber" has every excuse in the book for not showing up. Canceled several appointments with very laughable excuses. Showed up 2 times with a wrench and screwdriver only, no tubing or connectors to finish the job. I was warned and did not listen. Be very careful, Paul is very good when the project is being done and the money is flowing. After support warranty, no such thing from them. First Impressions finally resolved the outstanding problem to everyone's satisfaction. The project is now complete and well done. Now I can recommend their services.

After inspecting the work i had originally requested done, did a once-over of the rest of house, and recommended what he thought should also be addressed at some point. Picked up on all my projects that I was planning on getting to at some point. Having said that, he did not push any of the said work at all. Presented what he found, and what he can do, for what price, in a friendly, professional manner. Anthony is a super personable guy, who i had zero problems trusting. Want to talk about trustworthy? I'm usually hesitant when someone says, if you have a key I can do work when you're not home. Had no problem with providing spare key. He did not disappoint. Had an attic access cut into the ceiling among other things. So you've got sheet-rock dust, saw dust and countless other residues that inevitably happen. By the time I got home from work, everything was complete and not a speck of dust. I really can't say enough nice things. Highly recommend for any and all home improvement projects. Incredibly knowledgeable and very happy with work provided. All for a reasonable price. Will definitely look to them for future projects going forward

Had Anthony install an entry and storm door. Storm door had to be taken off along with pine boards…read moresince his worker Bob put the pine boards up to high off the sill plate and cold air was entering between door and storm. Had a problem getting dead bolt and door latch to work. I was told he'd return to fix it as he warranties his work. After two weeks, he has not returned. After contacting him he told me he doesn't warranty parts he hasn't purchased, which is ridiculous as the parts are not the problem. I need to hire another contractor to fix the existing problems. Would never recommend him.
