This past summer, I had the privilege of being introduced to Mr. Joseph Hauser (hereinafter Joe), the owner of Factory Doors & Windows, Inc. When Joe got to the Jobsite, he was accompanied by a representative from the windows manufacturer, and together they made sure they understood what are goals and objectives were in order to determine how best to serve us. From day one, our experience with Joe was extremely pleasant. He is personable, extremely knowledgable, but most important of all, he goes out of his way to put the needs of his clients first. I recently bought a home from the 1920's that still had original windows, which were drafty and single-paned. Many windows wouldn't close or open, and we were freezing. I called many other businesses to try and get new windows and kept getting stuck - it would either take months, or even scheduling a consultation appointment was overly complicated and slow. This is a great company. Willie is the best! We had an immediate door issue and he was there in an hour, took care of the problem, fixed our door, and made it functional again. The tempered glass piece in the middle had fallen out because the wood molding around it had loosened and fallen off, so the door had a hole in it where the glass would normally sit. This is not a tenable situation and the door cannot act as an effective barrier to the outside like this. He did a beautiful job putting it back together! The door is sturdier than before! He really knows what he is doing and is an expert! He is the best! I would definitely recommend him without hesitation! He is reliable, sincere, and was very responsive to our emergent situation! I had Joe from Factory Doors and Windows do a huge window replacement job on a 120 year old Victorian house. Nothing in a house that old is straight, true, or matching. I have to tell you, the windows he put in are absolutely perfect the way they fit and operate and each one was measured for the opening it went into. Every window is level, straight, and square in its opening. They carefully removed the old windows without damaging any of the trim, tarps were put down and the work was done without any kind of mess inside or out.
