The owner David is extremely welcoming and is always willing to help out either by answering questions, spotting, training, etc. The same goes for Coach Drew who I was happy to have as my personal trainer. I wouldn't have gotten as far as I did with either of their help but more so with Coach Drew as he's the one that started my training and has kept tabs on where I was in my strength training journey. (He kept the sessions fun and I made great progress with him as my trainer ) As I said above, this is a small gym but it's got everything you need to get a good workout in and the owner and Drew are great trainers so you've pretty much got everything you need. I like that it was small because that meant it never felt crowded. You are able to come whenever you want because you'll have a card to get in which is what I've done a number of times when the gym was "closed". If you're looking for a smaller gym and great trainers, then I highly recommend you check out this place.

The staff is very friendly and willing to provide instruction on machines you might not know and they go out of their way to ensure everything is in order. It has huge windows on two sides of the gym, so it lets in tons of sunlight - I always hate working out in dimly lit gyms - especially at night. It's also great because it has an indoor walking track on the second floor that is perfect for walking on something other than a treadmill - and in all kinds of weather! The staff is all super nice! I take my kids with me on weekends and it's perfect because they can hang out in the free kids club while I get my workout in. And they're not just parked in front of a tv in there - they have their own basketball court, coloring stations, and iPads too. The gym is clean. The staff is helpful. And they have tons of equipment, so that crazy after work rush when everyone works out doesn't effect my workout at all. I'm always able to get the equipment I need and not have to wait! This is the cheapest I've ever paid for a gym membership ($10 per month) and it's worth ten times this much!
