This is was a big project to remove a wall to open up our downstairs, completely renovate the kitchen, pull up and install new floors, and paint the entire house. The project finished exactly on time. The price was reasonable. This was a once in a lifetime reno, and we could not be more happy with the quality of the work, the end result, and the overall experience. We use our kitchen every single day (all day!), and it is functional and beautiful. There is nothing I would change about it. All parties involved should be recognized, from design services to project management and to each of the contractors: Cabinet guys, countertop guys, floor installers, painting team. All did really quality work. I haven't hung up pictures yet because it's so nice having beautifully painted walls!! It's worth pointing out that we could not afford to vacate our home while this was going on, so we (my husband, me, our 5 year old son, and 12 year old dog!) lived in the house for 5 weeks without a kitchen, floors, etc. I know our living there and needing some place to sleep, etc. had to be factored in to the overall organization and scheduling, and I'm sure it made the project more complicated. This didn't seem to faze anyone! This is also why we appreciate that the project finished exactly on schedule. Thank you Jack, Jackie, Gina and the entire team!!

We have worked with many tile companies, and I have to say the experience with Triton Stone has been one of the best. This project was a full-house renovation with tile needs for 3 bathrooms, flooring, backsplash and countertops. Triton, Tammy specifically, stood out because of her ability to listen and understand the requirements before making suggestions. For example, we had a requirement that the pattern on the backsplash match the pattern in the master shower. Tammy came up with a Tiles by Ezra suggestion that was perfect for our design, and it was a product that we were not familiar with. She understood all of our needs including budget constraints (appreciating a splurge/save approach), design goals, repetition requirements and overall cohesiveness. We are extremely happy with the choices and are looking forward to the implementation. Tammy was also able to assist with the Quartzite selection making the process even easier. I tried to order a simple replacement part for my lazy Susan and they told me I had to order the entire cabinet and remove all my countertops to do the replacement per the vendor. That was an absolute lie. The vendor does allow parts. Then they said they would order the full cabinet and my contractor agreed to order it but then they said unless we were replacing the way they said they wouldn't order the full cabinet. Nothing made sense. They have very limited staff probably due to poor management. Then they told me I had to work with the vendor directly because they don't sell parts as a distributor. But vendors don't sell to homeowners and they know this. They said they only do full home installs. However, I had previously ordered parts from them. Furthermore, they are not even fully staffed to do installs. This place is a nightmare. Do not attempt to work with them or you will be wasting your time. Not sure who owns this company but everyone should be fired and they need to start over.

The room had a mini split put in as well as all new drywall/woodwork and even a brick floor. The exterior of the house had to have new siding put on since we had two windows and a door removed.
