It is very well priced for a day pass but you have to check the hours for when the outdoor pool / water area is open (and for what ages) and when the indoor pool is open. We had a quick lunch at the park and let our kid play in the playground next door in the park. Then we went and paid for a day pass. we brought slides, towels, shower products. In the women's changing room, there were plenty of bathrooms, changing lockers (bring a lock, we didn't and it did feel safe for us to leave our stuff in one of the lockers), and 6 showers. We came during the week and didn't feel like it was crowded at all. The outdoor pool/ water area opened first and we waited an hour for the indoor pool (with a fast slide and diving area) opened up. The indoor pool water is much colder, while the water in the outdoor area is warmer (but not as deep). Afterwards, we enjoyed a nice well deserved shower. If you are going to shower, might as well enjoy the facilites while here.

The equipment was all in good condition and easy to find. Sure, they had us do burpees, which are terrible, but their support and guidance evened out the routine. In a last-ditch effort, I googled "gym Moab" and found The Gym on 5th. They had a 6pm class and were a 4 minute drive away! Despite coming in only 5 minutes early (not cool in the CrossFit world) and in somewhat of a frenzy, I was welcomed and was able to sign myself and my friend up for the class. The coach (I believe one of the owners) was knowledgeable and thorough breaking down the movements we were performing in the WOD. The entire class was friendly and we were happy to work out with the other owner who was in the class. Though the box is small, they have everything needed for a successful not-CrossFit-but-totally-CrossFit box. I hope they get a lot more good reviews! They deserve them.

Second class was on my off riding day all level vinyasa (sorry I forgot the teachers names!). Great 1hr 15 min class Wednesday at 5:30-6:45 got there late which was fine with instructor. Great stretch, built heat while still meditative. I'm from NY and felt very welcome, will be back next time I'm in town!
