It is very well priced for a day pass but you have to check the hours for when the outdoor pool / water area is open (and for what ages) and when the indoor pool is open. We had a quick lunch at the park and let our kid play in the playground next door in the park. Then we went and paid for a day pass. we brought slides, towels, shower products. In the women's changing room, there were plenty of bathrooms, changing lockers (bring a lock, we didn't and it did feel safe for us to leave our stuff in one of the lockers), and 6 showers. We came during the week and didn't feel like it was crowded at all. The outdoor pool/ water area opened first and we waited an hour for the indoor pool (with a fast slide and diving area) opened up. The indoor pool water is much colder, while the water in the outdoor area is warmer (but not as deep). Afterwards, we enjoyed a nice well deserved shower. If you are going to shower, might as well enjoy the facilites while here.

Hair clumps, q-tips, poop stains on the commode, etc that remained for the month I joined. I actually tried cleaning the chewed gum stuck on the shower mats and would try to rinse the sinks out that collected pure nastiness. As mentioned, I really wanted to love this place; but for the extra $15 per month - I went to the Moab Aquatic Center (pool, gym, public showers)...

I'd be surprised if someone hasn't already lost a finger or come close. The machines are often not working. The equipment is very old. The two cheap stair steppers are rarely working and look like they were made in the 70s. The single person sauna is a joke. Not only is it absolutely disgusting but it is almost never working. The owner clearly takes zero pride in this gym...in fact I don't think I've seen him more than once in the years I've been coming when in town. The music is good. That's the kindest thing I can say...when it's working, that is.

Second class was on my off riding day all level vinyasa (sorry I forgot the teachers names!). Great 1hr 15 min class Wednesday at 5:30-6:45 got there late which was fine with instructor. Great stretch, built heat while still meditative. I'm from NY and felt very welcome, will be back next time I'm in town!
