I initially had them install some Fuel Rebel 6 wheels I had bought via Tire Rack and they told me I would have to buy new tire sensors. No big deal we did that and I left the shop. Just a few miles up the road the right rear sensor fails causing an error on my dash. I go back the next week and they relearn the sensor and I drove off again. Within a few minutes it failed again on the right rear. I go back immediately and asked them to change the sensor and reprogram it. Which they did. On my drive home it failed again. Same right rear. What really upset me was I could not reach them via phone or text. It appears they had blocked my number. Not sure but I called several times morning and evening and it went to voicemail. No answer on my text as well even though it says to text for a quick response. Since this is a new truck I was customizing I hated seeing the error so rather than taking it somewhere else I decided to buy the Autel TPMS 508WF online see what was going on. What I found was negligence or lack of detail on their part. The right rear sensor had an ID mismatch with trucks ECM, meaning a programming error at their shop. Not to mention they had a different GMC protocol on the wheel as well. What really upsets me was the lack of response and ignoring my calls. They charged me for these sensors and basically left them inoperable on my truck. That's very disappointing.

We filled out the paperwork that night and Bob had us a cart by 10a.m. the next morning. The cart was an electric Revo cart. On our second day, I ended up thinking I let the battery go dead, Bob was quick to respond /come and charge it using a generator. But after all it was not dead but 75% charge left in battery. I just accidentally bumped the kill switch. Never the less Bob did not charge for the emergency call on a Sunday night. Great experience, communication, and service.

And Reef Beach Services and Rental/Under the Sea Ice Cream seems to do that. They have most of the stuff you want and need for your idyllic beachin - burgers, hotdogs, ice cream, ice, boards, chairs, bikes, golf carts, and more. Horizontal diversification perhaps! Most other places in this area are more narrow in their range of offerings. For example, Big Daddy's is just bikes. Pecan Jack's is just sweets and ice cream. Yolo is just bikes and boards. Under the Sea Ice Cream/Reef Beach Rentals and Services has it all, and when you are trying to maximize your beach day, that matters. Meeting your potential customers where they are! It works! By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.
