The lady that manages the location is truly a gem to speak with. She is so helpful and willing to help her patrons with folding and washing. She also provides change if needed. He has never had any item lost or damaged, although occasionally they will mis-button the jackets, causing creases. (We remind them not to button the jackets at all, and this solves the problem.) We have had a wide variety of items cleaned with executive service: suits, waistcoats, sports coats, trousers, jumpers, scarves, shirts, plus black and white tie formal wear (with stiff collar pressing). Call Reda if you have any special requests or billing questions, as she is very attentive. Just this week, Ash and Adil came through for me in an emergency, going to extensive lengths to arrange an express cleaning before an important meeting -- resulting in their courier doing late night pickup/drop-off to meet our crazy schedule.
