I get a message that says I'm being transferred to the nurse or the front desk but it keeps ringing instead. I wind up having to go to the office to get refills or make appointments. I'm getting very frustrated! I shouldn't have to make an unscheduled office visit to get my meds refilled or change an appointment. Seriously thinking about finding another Cardiology. I never had this problem when I was seeing Dr. Thomas Young. You need to fix your phones so that your patients are actually able to talk to someone in the office. The way it is now is unacceptable. I have been using this group for over 20 years. I first started with Dr Bussey Evans and he has…read moreretired. Then I went to Dr Maynor and he has retired. He actually installed my stent. And now I'm with Dr Morrow and so far he is good. The only thing I did not like about this group is that I had tests done in which all of the tests came out good. And I had to go in for a follow-up in which a young lady came in the exam room and said all your tests were fine and left the room. That could have been done in a phone call. Instead I had to ask a friend to drive me which meant she had to get dressed and she had a drive from town to the beach to get me and then back to town to take me to my appointment and then do everything in reverse. I had to spend two hours getting dressed when I am disabled. So when Dr Bussie Evans was my cardiologist, he had the nurse call me with my results. Dr Morrow has not done that. So I don't know if it's because they just want the money from another office visit or if he has not considered it? But I very much resented spending so much time getting ready and traveling to have a young lady come in my exam room for less than 2 minutes and leave. At least Dr Morrow did not order any tests this year. Which I very much appreciated.

Appointments take almost two weeks to get if you're having problems. I've had wrong prescriptions filled. The cardiologists seem to be great, but there are frequent cancellation of procedures and appointments. The staff gives erroneous instructions or incomplete info for medical procedures at hospital outpatient events. They told me I didn't need anyone with me for day of procedure and hospital wouldn't do the procedure without someone there with me.
