When I called to ask why I hadn't heard back, I was told that it was my responsibility to call them to follow up. Completely unacceptable. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their communication skills are awful. To make things even worse, my neurologist -- the one who ordered the MRI -- is now refusing to review it herself and is instead having a physician assistant do it. What's the point of seeing a specialist if they won't even look at your results? Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients and knows how to communicate.

After waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes I was told I just had a viral infection and to get some Flonase HA. The next day I went to a different urgent care and turns out I was right and had a sinus infection with mild case of bronchitis. Rachel misdiagnosed me really bad and was one of the rudest people I've ever met, very snobby. She couldn't even come back to the room and talk to me about my illness she just had a nurse bring me a piece paper telling me to get Flonase and stay hydrated, unreal. Thank god I got another opinion bc you don't mess around with bronchitis. I hope the owner of this urgent care sees the ongoing problem with Rachel.

Mind you it's hard to diagnose something if you don't actually examine it. A procedure, antibiotic shot and other meds prescribed by a different competent urgent care was what was needed.
