They have coffee, water, candy and flat screens with HGTV. It's never hot or stuffy. Front desk staff keeps us laughing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. On a personal side note-i was working a great job when I came in EMERGENCY. It was then I learned I would not drive or work and was going blind. My whole world changed. I lost my job and insurance. The staff is the most unprofessional I've seen in any doctor's office. They seem to believe they are there to socialize rather than care for the patients. They are loud and act more like teens in a high school hallway than adults in a physician's practice. They also don't understand insurance or how to check the amount I was responsible for paying. They still owe me $15 for an upfront payment they overcharged but I will report this to my insurance and let them deal with it. I have moved on to TN Retina. The drive is a pain but the treatment and office staff are worth every minute.
