The app doesn't show you how much you have left. The financing company is difficult to reach. I had an initial issue with Lainey talking to me crazy/unprofessional but luckily the regional or district manager was there and extremely kind and resolved the issue. I love Kristen but I just don't know that I'd recommend this company. Perhaps I'd recommend her services, just at a different location.

What really made me uncomfortable was how pushy she was about checking my credit score. She kept asking why I wouldn't let her see it, which felt invasive and inappropriate. She mentioned financing options but didn't clearly explain the actual costs. Honestly, the price was shocking--more than rent in some cases--and she pressured me to pick a plan right then and there. When I said I'd think about it, her attitude changed noticeably. I also had a question about the intake form, specifically a vague section about medications for "disorders," but she dismissed it like I was imagining things--even though she was looking right at the form. Overall, Destany's lack of knowledge, poor communication, and high-pressure tactics completely turned me off. After multiply visits to Dr. LaMonaco's office my wound wouldn't heal, he found GAUZE inside my incision!
