I've been going to LaserAway since March for Clear + Brilliant treatments to address hyperpigmentation. After spending thousands of dollars, my skin is in the worst condition it's ever been. I've developed breakouts I've never experienced before, and my hyperpigmentation has only gotten worse. I'm extremely embarrassed by how my face looks, and it's affecting my confidence. I reached out to complain, and after sending a detailed email, a director contacted me and promised to escalate the issue and get back to me the next day with options -- possibly a refund or corrective services. That was weeks ago. No follow-up, no call, nothing. I've called multiple times since then and was even scheduled for a virtual consult with a nurse a couple times -- and again, no one ever followed through. This lack of accountability and care is unacceptable. LaserAway Midtown and Buckhead has failed me both in results and basic customer service. Very disappointed. I bought full package for under arm and happy trail. All the hair grew back 1 month after my treatment completed. Zero hair reduction in the happy trail. Theres like 20% reduction in underarm but thats not good enough for the amount of money invested. I reached out to them and they offered only 1 additional treatment. Thats not going to help if all hair is back. In contrast i also did ideal image for my chin over a year ago and no hair has grown back at all. Laseraway lasers dont work as well. read more

During my second experience, my appointment was cancelled via text message with only a little over an hour notice before my appointment. I receive so many reminders about my appointment, I ignored the message and didn't read it until I was half way there. I don't live close by and requested off specifically for this appointment, so I was very upset. Also, I feel it's unprofessional to cancel via text. I would have appreciated a call. I heard about some of the beauty enhancing treatments that one can get at Laser Away through a friend about a year ago. She had some very natural looking lip injections and I couldn't help but be slightly intrigued... After feeling a little blue about turning 39 a couple weeks ago, I reached out to Laser Away about possibly getting a little forehead Botox, but I definitely had some questions, as I had never had a procedure like this before. Ciera, a member of Laser Away's team contacted me shortly after. She was friendly and informative. She answered my many questions with extreme product knowledge and informed me of my options and pricing. She seemed genuinely excited for me that I was going to have my first Botox injection. Lol! Sold me a package which was medical negligence because I have a pacemaker. Never even looked at my medical questionnaire before selling me a package. then pivoted to a different package once they found out I had a pacemaker. At the end of the day high pressure sales company. Do not care about their clients and customer service. Their mission is get them signed up for a package no matter how. Also I was given false information. I was told my package was interest free for 18 months. This is where integrity comes in. everything was scripted. When I asked about the 29 percent interest when finalizing the package the lady told me that interest only kicks in if not paid by 18 months. I advise get that in writing because calls are not recorded and I have no proof this is the verbiage that was used. The people who work here are absolutely wonderful and were very nice trying to fit me into the schedule. That being said, I still have to shave my legs every day after 8 very expensive treatments. The only area I saw real change was my arm pits but unless I want to have a couple weird hairs, I'm still shaving those regularly too. And don't even get my started on how ineffective it was on the Brazilian. I personally think they have incredibly aggressive sales tactics and don't provide a clear picture of what a "full treatment" really looks like. When I was almost done with my treatment and talked to them about my poor results, they kept suggesting more treatments. This was never mentioned to me as a possibility when I signed up. When I bought the package they told me 6 treatments usually does the trick but 8 was to make sure it worked. Maybe this is in the fine print but for $$$ I would hope they would be honest. Spoiler alert...they just want your money. They also don't give any type of pre treatment assessment so you're literally buying a package that the might unknowingly be ineffective to your hair type. Was my hair too light? Too thin? No one will know because all they have is the "after" to look at. I didn't think my hair type was a problem because it was thicker and darker but I'm sure they will argue the opposite. Again, what do they have to go off of? My word and untrained opinion? I was really hopeful to ditch the razor but alas, this treatment did not work. read more

The staff here is always super friendly from the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave. I'm three treatments in and I have not have a bad experience yet. My nurse Aigner is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable during my entire treatment. She keeps the conversation going so the treatment just flies by! I've been going to Laseraway for years, I've gotten services at their South Beach, Miami and Downtown, Los Angeles locations. Now I'm in Houston so I frequent this location. At first I was very unhappy with my experience but more recently it seems they've gotten new staff members who seem to be more caring and pleasent to work with. The spa is much cleaner and has an overall welcoming vibe. The ladies there now are flexible and seem to enjoy what they do. Kadijah is my nurse and Klarissa is my account manager. Beware!!!!! Not the same as other locations -Can't believe I have to give one star. They gave me third degree burns all over my thigh & are making me pay for the service!!!. I wish I had gone back to the woodlands location. I have had Thermage 4 times with no issue. I decide to use the Westheimer location because it is closer to me... right leg no issues (both done in the same setting). I let the technician know the left leg was hurting bad and she says it's because my heart is on my left side. When I returned they gave me Vaseline & said they could help with scarring later...?? The people here are really nice. I've had four clear and brilliant treatments, I'm liking the results, and everyone who has done one of my treatments (different esthetician each time) has been very competent. The lack of consistency in practitioner does mean I have to restate my preferences each time (will they put on my numbing cream or will I? Do I want the laser for pigmentation or for texture? etc.,etc.) but the affordable price makes up for it. Two things to note at this location (Westheimer): 1. the sheets on the tables are thin, often ripped and/or not pristinely clean. I've discussed with the lovely in-office staff and apparently it's an issue that management are aware of but have chosen not to address. 2. It's extremely cold in the treatment rooms! Apparently, this is because some of the machines have to be kept in cold conditions. I have started wearing leggings under sweatpants, a hoodie, and double-socking for my appointments. I've been working out and eating right for the last few years and I've been able to keep the weight off. I have always struggled with my stomach fat. I decided to get Coolsculpting done to see if that will help along withy diet and exercise. Speaking with the team to scheduled was such an easy process. They were able to let me know what to expect before, during and after the process. Maritza was such a good nurse during my sculpting. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire application. I purchased 12 tattoo removal sessions for $1900. I began treatment in 2019 and made it to ever appt they scheduled me for for the next three years. I have a black tattoo that is over 10 years old and I was told it would be easiest to remove bc it's black and an old tattoo. After three years and 12 treatments I can barely see the tattoo has faded. Laser away gave me a few "free treatments" bc clearly they weren't working but still nothing has changed.
