While the initial service and help they provided was excellent, their service and responsiveness in returning the scooter has been nowhere near what I experienced in the past. I was very pleased. I work in the elder care field and I found them to be knowledgeable and helpful with such issues as Medicare reimbursement etc. The only problems I saw are (1) their hours are very limited. I need to get there on weekends and they are closed Sundays and only a half day on Saturdays. I have had to go elsewhere due to hours. (2) when i have been there, there was a sea of people waiting to be served and no sign-in or number system. It worked out but this was somewhat stressful. read more

This store is fabulous. They were kind and helpful. Helped me get our hospital bed and wheelchair covered by Medicare. They were very knowledgable about what documentation was needed. They spoke to doctors offices on our behalf. The delivery man was quick and neat. He arrived ontime and took care not to damage our floor tiles when he put our new items together.
