She said no did you come up and speak with one of us. I told there are clear instructions for me to follow and pointed to the sign. Then she tried to hand me paperwork. "Well you didn't check in she said, oh yes I did, you were just to busy taking a personal call and refusing to look at the list of patients who signed in. INCOMPETENT.
