Ever since IBH took over, they have started drug testing in order to get the xanax prescription refilled.. I'm almost seventy years old.What are they looking for? I ask about it today and got some vague answer about some people.Don't know what all they are taking? Is that my problem? I know what I am taking, and I wrote it on the Questionnaire. No, I am not taking opioids, and no, i'm not taking illicit drugs.And i'm not going to sue you if I fall out from taking xanax. It's just an extra way for them to make extra money, and act like they are doing it for your benefit. I think it's time to find someplace new to go! Someplace where they treat me with the little respect, compassion, dignity and trust!

I was told by the young lady in Spanish Fort, who made my appointment that the intake phone call is 30 minutes but there is no charge for that only for the following office visit. Well, that was a bold face lie. Their billing company was sending me a bill for $70 dollars. When I asked what the bill was for, they told me service. I told them I paid at their office, and I was told the Intake call was no charge. I had to take time to go back to the office on the East side of Montgomery, I am downtown, and special with the girl at the window who was acting as if she did not understand my concern until I told her I would call Optimum and get proof that I paid the for the office visit. The I gave the date and time of my phone call and where the young lady said she was located. The Office Manager Nicole sent a message to me by the girl at the desk that she would list to the recording and get back to me. I said great, and I made sure they had the date and the estimated time of the conversation. I has been over a month, and I have not heard anything! Went to the office on my lunch break today around 12:10 and another client and I was knocking on a locked door. No sign at all saying they were out to lunch. I call at 3pm and I was sent to Nicoles line and of course I got her voicemail. And I am also getting nasty emails from their billing department. Find some other place for your mental health concerns. This place will make them even worst.
