I had a respiratory infection of some sort and was given a chest X-ray along with a comprehensive exam. I was prescribed an antibiotic and sent home and fully recovered within a week after the visit. The check-in was quick and efficient, my waiting time in the lobby was very short and I was quickly seen and assessed by the nurses and doctor. My second visit was last week, and I initially thought I had a simple cold. After almost 10 days and not getting any better, I went to urgent care. I received the same comprehensive treatment and was diagnosed with a sinus infection. Again, everything from checking in to being seen, X-rayed, and diagnosed was very quick. Everyone there was very kind and professional. The facility is modern, very clean, and well laid out. They seem to have everything available to treat most minor to moderate illnesses and injuries short of being a full emergency room and hospital.

I continue to suffer for three more days till I got where I could drive to the doctor. My husband was working and I was too dizzy to drive but the infection kept coming out and it still shows up on test everywhere but there. . Otherwise he was against giving me anything and I came home and my throat kept hurting, and I can't wash it out and using over-the-counter medicines like my friends told me and it eventually started blowing out thick, nasty yellow stuff in my ears hurting. I was too dizzy to drive to my regular doctor and so I had to wait two days And then go, but I have an infection and why these people can't see it because they didn't. they did not test me or the test were no good and they shouldn't ask somebody that's non-medical what to be tested for I'm very displeased with this location is the one on Turner McCall Boulevard in Rome, Georgia. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. They got plenty of workers comp people coming in. I guess that's how they stay afloat cause if you need help you gotta go somewhere else.. I'm serious. You can have anything and I'll say nothing's wrong with you. They did nothing for me. They're terrible. I will never go to any urgent care again especially this one.

He is passive-aggressive (emphasis on the aggressive), doesn't know what he's talking about (he tried to tell my mom that she didn't have Gastroparesis, even though he is not a GI doctor; even after he spoke to my mom's GI doctor, he still thought she could "cure" her Gastroparesis by doing things SHE ALREADY DOES). He comes up with these bizarre ideas, and won't let them go. I just moved back to Rome recently, and have a hard time finding a physician. I have a chronic illness that require I take medication, so I was going to go see Dr. Pittman to get my prescriptions until I found someone better. I went to his office and spent 30-45 minutes filling out paperwork. They told me it would be a week or two before they would call me and give me an appointment; two days later they called me and told me Dr. Pittman had rejected my application "at this time." I did not do anything to warrant my application being rejected. When his staff called, they wouldn't tell me why they had rejected me. If you want a good physician who will listen to you and work with you (and generally be a decent human being), THIS IS NOT THE DOCTOR FOR YOU.

They allow people to talk on their cellphones while in the waiting rooms. Want to hear what Grandpa Norma Jean is telling Bucky for 45mins....:/! They don't do sign-ins on the computer which makes everyone's appt looked mixed up with sloppy penmanship and patients coming in behind you writing the same check in time as you (who goes first?!). Whomever is the office manager at this establishment needs to hire someone with a greater business acumen and overall common sense. This office is not run in a highly effective and efficient manner. I did extensive research before choosing this practice. I am always treated with a friendly staff and a caring doctor. She listens to me and treats me with respect and answers my questions. I brought in my 82 year old aunt (who had numerous issues) to get her on hormones. Dr. Kenner treated her so kindly and I can say her physical well being has improved since starting hormone treatment. I have a number of friends I have referred to Dr. Kenner and they all all happy patients.

I called when I got there & during the time I was waiting in my car, I saw at least 3 women park, get out of the car, & go in without a call. When we got inside, my appointment was rushed. I didn't have enough time to even finish two pages of paperwork before I was being called back. The Dr I saw, Dr Kenner, was very dismissive of any questions or concerns I had. Honestly she was very insulting when she refused to answer some of my questions & then told me she could "just tell I was one of THOSE people" (this is my first pregnancy. The question I asked was about a combined spinal block & epidural - she refused to answer. I then picked up a magazine in her office which explained to me what it was. My husband also made a comment about something on a poster in her office - which she said wasn't true information.... The ultrasound was very fast & I had no time to ask questions. Do not come here if you would like a holistic birth because I was informed I'd be confided to my back only, not allowed to eat, in the bed. Do any amount of research & you will see why this is a red flag. I came back for one more visit ONLY because it was already previously scheduled & I wanted to see the baby & get the blood work done. (She gave me no choice in the blood work, by the way) The ultrasound tech was much nicer than Dr Kenner, however she informed us of gender before 13 weeks, which is illegal in some places to tell gender that soon because it is far too early. I ended up getting a second opinion on the ultrasound & what she told us was a penis was not in fact a penis. I could go on & on about this place.... just avoid it.
