On multiple occasions the told me there was no charge and that the procedure was 100% covered by insurance. I called the insurance company to verify this was true. The same day, Dr Foster's office called me confirming that they spoke to the insurance company and that I owed nothing. Yet almost one year later, Dr Foster's office continues to harass me with bills. I expect an apology yet all they do is harass. I recommend going to another dentist. After being a patient for 11 years, they always find a way to charge you something regardless of your insurance. They often recommend procedures not covered by insurance.
