I called and they acted like it was so kind of them not to charge us even though they know they made the mistake. On the morning again an early flight and the right way we got notified that the flight was cancelled. We waited 10 Minutes to see if we would get a text that they were on the way but nothing so we called Avanti and cancelled. I then got charged as he was on the way. I called to complain and the guy said the first time they didn't charge us really they made the mistake I asked them to call me and waiting to hear from them.

They are the preferred/facilitated/recommended shuttle partner of the Hyatt Place in Fort Lauderdale, and I recommend avoiding the hotel by extension, who was not helpful in any way as the issue went on.
