However, rep recommended another local lumber yard whom was close by that I had never heard of and even provided me the address! And YES, new lumberyard was able to match and order me 16' length of door casing! Would not have been possible had 84 Lumber not really wanted to be focused on consumer satisfaction! The store is a bit on the small side but still has plenty to choose from and Lori even suggested we go on the website of one of her suppliers. We did so and found 2 tiles we loved she then had the supplier send us samples, one of which we picked. Our project is not yet completed but finding the right tile with Lori's help was a great experience. She was professional, friendly, helpful and low pressure through several visits to the store. Our job is actually very small but it didn't seem to matter to Lori how small our job was, we felt like her main goal was for us to be happy with the end result.
