I waited two weeks and heard nothing, so I called the office. The lady I spoke to told me it would be three weeks. Four weeks later I heard nothing so I called again, she said they could squeeze me in on Friday, which was last Friday June 28th 2024. Thursday night we had rain and I have an under ground sprinkler system that come in early in the morning. When the folks came to take the tree out I was in a call and my fiancé, told them where the tree was. When I walked out to see, they had driven a heavy Kobada front loader tractor across my yard making huge ruts . The tree was small and really I'm gonna get this out to every fucking body Require a tractor. As the left I walked the yard and noticed. I happened to notice a soft spot in the yard, thinking it could be from the rain, I waited until Sunday to check it again. It was really soft still so I called the city water to see if it was the water main or the sewer line. We ruled out the water main. On Monday I called the Tree service company "Po Boys " in Sumter SC, and notify them of the issue. The lady said that they are not responsible for things under the ground. I told her I was told that before agreeing to the job and I had not signed any paperwork stating that. I then asked her to send me a document stating that and would like the owner to give me a call.
