I hug thank you to my sister-in-law Mrs. Holly for the recommendation. And thank you Molly's flower shop for the beautiful snake plants. I will be doing business with you again very soon!

Early Saturday morning, May 21st, 2016, we lost a beloved member of our family, Ernest Williamson…read more Around lunchtime that same day, my husband and I went to Molly's Uptown Florist in Mullins, SC at the recommendation of his parents, to order flowers from our immediate family. She asked us the name of who it was for and we told her Ernest Williamson. We really didn't know what we wanted, but Molly made some suggestions. She'd mentioned that someone ordered an arrangement with a toy dump truck, which I noticed on the table behind the counter. We mentioned that Ernest used to go to the race track with us (my husband is a local racer), so she suggested doing something with a race car. So we placed our order. It was to be a stand-up spray with wildflowers and a race car in the middle. She asked if we wanted to write the card, but my husband said his handwriting was terrible, would she do it, so we helped her spell all our names out. Then we paid for the order (over $100) and left. On Monday, May 23rd, the day of the visitation and funeral, my husband noticed our flowers were not in the church, so I called. She started looking for the order but offered a refund. I said unless the flowers could be delivered in the next few minutes (visitation was ending and the funeral was set to begin), that would be fine and we hung up. She called right back after she'd found the ticket and claims we confirmed the wrong name, that of a Barry Lewis. No, we did not. We never said that name, and we never heard her say the name. She had asked us the name and we had told her Ernest Williamson. She insisted we watched her write the ticket - no, we did not. We watched her write out our names for the card - that was all. By now, she's accusing me of raising my voice at her. I never yelled at her. Granted, it was a very upsetting day, having lost a dear family member, but I was trying to keep my cool. I was, however, outside, next to a busy four-lane highway, so I was talking a bit loud just to hear myself, but at the same time, I was standing outside a CHURCH, and trying not to make a scene in the midst of a funeral!! She continued to insist I placed the order wrong (I DID NOT), refused to give us a refund, and I advised her I'd take up the charges with our bank and hung up. When I went back inside and relayed to my family what she said, they were furious at how we were being treated. Now, my husband went outside to call her, and he was rude with her, but by this point, we had completely lost our patience. There was a member of my in-laws' church who had happened to attend the other funeral earlier that same day where Molly allegedly sent our flowers. She never saw any flowers that had a race car. She did see the arrangement with the dump truck. It seems to me that Molly had her mind set on this Barry Lewis and that's how she wrote up the order. WE did NOT give her the wrong information. She has a guarantee on her website, but she's refusing to honor it and refusing to give us a refund. Not only did SHE write up the order wrong, but if she made the flowers at all, not only did she not send them to our funeral, she didn't even send them to the other funeral as she claims. My mother-in-law and her church have sent her plenty of business, but no more. We will find another florist. I am absolutely appalled that someone in her profession would treat a customer in this manner, especially in regards to funeral arrangements, refuse to own up to her mistake, and essentially call the customer a liar, and refuse to grant the customer a refund for goods and services never received!!! Worst customer service experience ever.
