When my sister called to let them know they were very nice & said they would fix it. They also, said they wanted the flowers back that they messed up on, very tacky & unprofessional. The new flowers were delivered the next day. The vase was correct & the colors were correct, but again nothing like what I ordered. Thank goodness my mom took pictures, so we could see what she got. Again, very disappointing. I've learned my lesson & will not be ordering from this establishment again.

She was ready to go - had all the supplies - she breezed thru directing all the vendors and welcoming the bride and family as they dropped things off.
