She quickly listened to what was (or was not happening) with the gas at my home. Then she offered to send a service tech out TODAY (on a Holiday weekend) in a manner which helped me avoid taking too much time off of work. Daniel, the Service Tech, called on his way over and assured me he would be able to help me. 5 minutes later, Daniel's at my meter, trouble shooting and quickly resolved my problem. Daniel made sure that my tankless water heater and stove were working and everything was perfect. With his 14-years in the field, it's easy to see why Daniel does such a great job - he knows his stuff! Kind. Professional. Prompt. Helpful. All in your days work, and you do it well. THANK YOU!
