With their almost perfect 5-star rating, I reached out and was surprised to have received a response within 10 minutes! I was on the books for the following day just like that. Tony was assigned to us and my partner told me this is going to be our guy from now on. There were a couple other people with him as well, but Tony definitely stood out to us. Tony goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. He is very acknowledgeable and we feel that we can trust him and this company. Our fairly big project was done in a few hours, which is awesome considering they had to scope it out, dig up some stuff, and lay down some new pipes. Will be recommending all of our friends and family to Clean-Out Kings. They truly live up to their name.

Not long after, a woman with an unfriendly face sat behind me at a nearby table with a laptop. Initially, I assumed she was another patron, but I later realized she was a staff member who seemed to be observing me the entire time--which felt intrusive and unsettling. I'm sensitive to cold and often bring a small thermal pad with me for comfort. At one point, a male librarian approached me and told me I wasn't allowed to use it, stating that electrical outlets were only for computers and phones. It seemed clear that the woman had reported me to him. He also asked me to move my bags inward, although I had already done so. I also witnessed this same librarian ask a young man, who appeared to be homeless, to leave for resting his head on the table. While I understand there are policies, it felt unnecessarily harsh--especially since the individual was quiet and not disturbing anyone. Some power outlets in the library were visibly covered, which appeared to be a deliberate effort to prevent usage. That, along with the general atmosphere and how the staff handled interactions, made the space feel unwelcoming and tense. In my opinion, the overall environment is not conducive to working or studying comfortably, especially if you're hoping for a respectful and empathetic atmosphere.

The patch work was not part of the contract but set us up with one to get the patch work complete. My only recommendation for future would be to remind customers it is not included so that the patch work can be scheduled ahead to happen shortly after work is complete. Although, the patchwork was only a few days after. We just covered up the outside holes until someone came. Noted a couple of issues that popped up shortly after work was done, but they came back and fixed it right up. Overall, a pleasant experience, good value, and would recommend them.
