Reached out to Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter through Yelp for a clogged drain late at night. Their prices are very reasonable ($49/$98 depending on the clog). We were able to set up an appointment for the next day. Chris came by while my husband was home and tried to unclog the drain and let us know it would be the $98 price. We were fine with that and he proceeded. Unfortunately our clog was due to our pipes corroding so Chris wasn't able to unclog the drain that day and didn't charge us and gave us a reasonable quote to replace our corroding pipes. We decided to move forward with the and scheduled an appointment for 2 days after. Chris came by with another person to work on replacing the drain. The entire process took from 9:30-1:30pm which included patching drywall. And now my bathroom sinks drain again! My front cleanout was overflowing with sewer water and toilet paper, and Marco arrived within 45 minutes. He cleared the blockage, camera inspected the line, and showed me tree roots causing the problem. He recommended hydro jetting but didn't pressure me at all. Instead, he gave me a 30-day warranty and said he'd credit my $49 toward the hydro jetting if it backed up again. Very honest, professional, and reasonably priced. We've been using Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter since 2025. This time around, Josh came out to help clear out and recurring washing machine drain. Josh was prompt, communicated on his arrival time and recommended actions with options. In our situation, Josh was unable to clear clear our clogged drain with a snake and Hydro jet due to the severity of the clog. Even though Josh spent close to three hours at our residence, he did not charge us anything because he stated that he wasn't able to accomplish it, which made me appreciate his integrity and honesty. Really happy with the work done by Chris and his coworker on my laundry drain line. They opened the wall neatly, replaced the old piping, and upgraded everything with a new 2" P-trap and cleanout. They tested the line afterward and made sure everything was leak-free. They also used a mini miller Picote to descale the existing 2" line, clearing out rust and buildup all the way to the main connection. The pipe looks great now. He mentioned that hydro jetting will probably be the next step within the next few months or before the end of the year, which honestly made sense. I'm pretty sure the previous owners poured grease down the drain over the years and didn't maintain the house very well. He also explained that pipe replacement may eventually be needed down the line, which I actually appreciated because it gives us time to prepare and start saving for that process. I've wanted to replace my toilet for some time, but life kept me busy. There happened to be a minor leak that probably could've been fixed with a small part, but I took it as a sign to replace the old toilet all together. I used Yelp to send out pricing quote to various plumbing businesses and Clean Out Plumbing was the second out of six companies to reach out to me. Most suggested somebody to come visit and give me a free quote. I didn't want that. I knew exactly what I wanted, a replacement and installation. I didn't need someone to come over to just look and price their labor cost only to waste both our time with what needed to be done. Although, Clean Out was priced slightly higher than their competitors, I went with them because Marco, the gentleman I was messaging back and forth with was so easy to "talk" to. He gave me an estimated time slot of the technician's arrival. Typically, I'm used to them arriving closer to the end of their arrival window, but Chris, my technician arrived five minutes before the scheduled time. I was impressed. Instantly, Chris went right to work with the new toilet I had provided. Pro tip: purchase and provide the toilet beforehand. They do a 100% makeup for getting it for you. A huge perk, though? I contacted this company because i had a slow draining kitchen sink and saw the great reviews. I booked a service appointment quickly and easily. Josh came to my house to snake my kitchen cleanout, the only thing he found was grease as he noted his gloves were a bit dark. I am glad he didnt find roots as they've made their way into my plumbing in the past. I forgot to ask about the camera inspection but guess it wasn't needed as he didnt find any roots or other bad stuff. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They arrived early, quickly diagnosed the issue, and thoroughly explained their recommendations. I had a serious kitchen clog that the typical snaking method couldn't resolve. They explained that in order to properly identify and fix the problem, hydro jetting was necessary--a process that uses high-pressure water to thoroughly clean the pipes. Since my home is older and still has the original cast iron pipes, there was significant buildup over the years that had reduced the pipe diameter. After clearing the blockage, they recommended descaling to smooth out the interior of the pipes. This should help prevent future clogs and provide a long-term solution.
