Truly a disappointment. I placed an online order 11/26 and my order was approved and immediately the money for the product was deducted from my account. I waited until 12/6 and reached out to their admin email account because I'd yet to receive any confirmation of shipping details. On 12/8 I still received zero response so I forwarded my initial email and explained that if shipping information wasn't able to be provided within 72 hours I'd have to contact my bank to have the transaction refunded (but made it a point to say that I'd much rather have the product I ordered!) Then this evening I get an email saying "per my request" my order has been cancelled, though it may take a day or two it still doesn't show the refund as pending on my account. Being as I was very polite in all of my inquiries and they simply refused to ship my item or provide tracking information I guess cancelling my order was easier for them. I will be sure to steer clear of their shoddy dealings and horrible customer service in the future. read more

Had to be the best vape shop in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. They carry a pretty big selection of hardware from simple starter kits to mechanical mods. They are pretty heavy on Switch Mods which is great because they're week built, American made and come in at a great price point with lots of color options. They had a great selection of liquid too. It was great to see a lot of newer liquid lines as well along with their own juice line which tastes pretty good at a great price, but is not heavily pushed like some places try to do. If all of that wasn't good enough, the owner was fantastic. Super patient with me and answered all of my questions without any unnecessary BS. This has to be one of the best experiences I've had in a shop and can't wait to come back on my next trip. Amazing place, KICKASS STAFF. A big thing for me when I go places is how friendly the staff is. We went to a few other shops around dfw and actually came here based off of somebody else's review - damn I'm glad we did! Everybody in there is great and is willing to explain things and give their own opinions and reviews. They're not down your throats trying to upsell either. They have SO many flavors to try. The guys here are awesome, hooked me up with the new captain and the cloud beast and fixed my old vape also. Took the time and let me try damn near 200 flavors they have and ended up buying 6. The P3 they have is probably my favorite flavor ever, these guys are humble and will break it down step by step for you without hesitation. Would highly recommend this place.
