I had 3 other quotes from reliable competitors that showed and even explained that all I TRULY needed was one wall, the gutters are minimal and that was it! I was so impressed with the consistency of the quotes from what I felt was more honest providers that I also gave them my business for power washing my concrete. And I'm only paying $275. "The value of anything is relative, NOT absolute." He demonstrated zero value and thus I couldn't justify the expense. Create the WANT and the TRUST and cost often becomes the smallest part of the conversation. Additionally, when I blatantly declined, he simply said, "Ok" and left. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.
