We are very happy with the job they did and Sandra and Kevin were great to work with and did a great job.

And he even offered to buy the carpets with his vendor discount to save me money, which ended up being cheaper than both lowes and Home Depot. The carpets were installed in a timely manner and turned out really great. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the service and will certainly refer AllPro to friends and neighbors.

As first time homeowners, and with this being our first major renovation project, we were extremely nervous. Ian and Mandy were so professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. They constantly let us know when they would be arriving, what we could expect to be completed that day, and they never left a speck of dirt behind when they were finished with that section. The project ended up being more difficult than any of us anticipated, and they still came through with their reassuring voices of positivity and knowledge. Every member of their team came and gave the same amount of kindness and work ethic as they did. Our floors look absolutely gorgeous, and we cannot wait for our family to see them when we all gather for the holidays! We plan to use them again when we renovate our upstairs flooring. Trust me. I rarely leave reviews, but felt it was important that anyone seeking advice on such a large investment for their home have this knowledge. You want the team at AllPro on your side! They will not disappoint!

Our initial sales person was fabulous, but left this company abruptly in the middle of our sale. Ordered product with Susan, she was more concerned with collecting my money than ordering everything that we asked for, so didn't get everything we needed to install, when we received the delivery. Had to run around looking for replacement items before the install. Which put us a day behind schedule. After installing floors, we were left with eight boxes of flooring($600) in which we called to return and found out that they don't take it back because all sales are final with "special orders". Was told by Albert that they would try to see if the manufacturer would take it back, so we waited to hear back for a week. Surprise, no calls back, had to keep calling and when I finally did get an answer, it was from Susan, who was very rude and told me it wasn't worth it for them to return it and I should go sell it on marketplace or donate it. They did the ordering and measured off of my blueprint, but now according to Susan, my blueprint is not something that they can truly go off of. We were also told that we should've have had them come out and measure, but at that time of discussion that was never offered to us. Don't play games, go somewhere else for your flooring and tile, as they do not care about the customer after the sale. All they care about is the money. Oh, and then when we mentioned the FTC and the Better Business Bureau, Susan told me to go right ahead and hung up! Bad business and bad customer service!

My condo is small. They had to remove my wall to wall rug. Also, move some furniture. They showed up at 930am. I stayed with a friend. At 530pm,I called to see if they were finished. The one who spoke very little English said that needed another hour and a half. I was shocked and said are you kidding me? He called me back 5 minutes later and said they would come back the next day at 1030 am. I stayed at my friends as they were not finished. At 915am, the next morning, they called to tell me to come over and let them in. I did. I asked that they call me when they were done so I could come back. Never called. I went bacour hours later and they were gone. They left a mess. Garbage on the floor. They spilled glue onto the new VPF in several areas. My refrigerator had white smudges and finger prints on it. Red marks from where they marked where to cut were left on the floor. Some of the planks were cut incorrectly and weren't even. I called the store and spoke to the manager Albert. He was very nice and easy to work with. He was the only bright spot in the whole situation. I must mention when I picked out the VPF I was assured that it was made in America, which I wanted. When the installers came, I saw on the box, made in Vietnam. The owner of the store called me and apologized for this incident. He also offered to replace the flooring. I thought this was a wonderful offer.

This organization is blatantly dishonest, I have multiple communications with the office contradicting timelines owner promised ie tile was ordered vs not ordered. They did the work weeks later than promised, and served up daily excuses. I would have never shared public commentary, however, if the work quality was not an issue. They installed tile floors and laminate in my home, and the worksmanship is as bad as it gets! Loose tiles, cracked grout, lippage between tiles, completely un-level floor installation. Their own subcontractor lifted up areas of the installation after the fact and showed me that it was not his tile work, but all the subfloor prep that the company had done. I notified the owner of the defects, and he has gone completely radio silent. I am in the process of litigation with this company, and when consulting with my local construction attorney I was informed that this company has had previous issues with installations they perform. The attorney I am working with has had multiple customers that he has represented against this company, typically ending in a settlement and non-disclosure. They typically either try to offer the client compensation to keep them quiet, or they settle when a client pushes things forward through legal challenges. I wish someone had written some feedback when I was making my decision to avoid the headache I found myself in. The entire tile floor needs to be ripped out and redone completely, as none of the work is salvageable. There are plenty of decent flooring companies out there, do yourself a favor and save the headaches. Don't let their reviews fool you! I've attached some videos I took for the subcontractor they hired to do the work, showing some of the issues.
