(Retaining water means that it was dumped in chlorine air chilled means it was not dumped in chlorine) when I asked if there was retaining water, the response was no we don't put the chicken in water which is not what that even means idk how all u do is work with meat and you know nothing of it, also sounded like he was reading a packaging i'm guessing they don't get their meat locally. I'm guessing they get it from the same place the grocery store.
