The landlord was very difficult and for a year I offered to pay to have a licensed professional gutter company put a gutter on her shack of a rental property. It would prevent both homes from getting flooded underneath. As a result of her nastiest I also ended up with mold. IEM came and rescued me. Their crew was professional and did a thorough job. They were all great to deal with especially Clay the supervisor. Recently they came out to inspect and change the filter on the dehumidifier. Everything is working as expected. Could not be happier.

Very impressive. James is one of the best mechanics I've ever met. For example, he was going through a drawer of spark plugs, making sure that the gaps were perfect before the items would be sold over the counter.
