Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

We didn't really know, so he went right to work with suggestions to pull out the overgrown bushes and trees, and start from scratch with an entirely new landscape design. He asked what our budget was and created a completely new layout based on that budget. Within a few days he created a drawing and sent it over to us along with an estimate. We paid the deposit and moved forward with the contract. We also had a pretty tight timeline as we were hosting my sons graduation at our house, and Aaron moved some jobs around to accommodate the time restraints. They completed the front yard, side yard, backyard and shed all within two days. Irrigation was installed to be sure that all of the new platings would take well, and they even come back every few days to see how everything is looking. The shrubs are all beginning to take and the rose bushes are in full bloom. They also installed new lighting along the walkway, front door, and the front of the house. It is a great accompaniment to the physical landscaping. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the company. We will definitely use them again for future landscaping projects.

My experience with Micheal Good and his service was utter disappointment. Should be 0 stars. I…read morecontacted him regarding an issue with very poor trimming and his response was less than professional. I was told by Micheal that I angered the guy on the mower because I tried to fix my own edge, imagine that, so he didn't care to leave clumps of grass in my yard And do a poor cut. They were supposed to bag every cut, Instead the next cut, which Micheal personally was going to handle thought it best to mow over and over the long clippings to make them go away. This is called thatch. A professional would know that. When I asked Micheal about the poor cutting and clumps his words were. I told you, you pissed the guy off So that's that. I have his text. Micheal ruined my edge himself and I asked him not to edge my yard anymore that day so it could grow back where it was hacked up, so he just came up and started to trim my yard anyway and I had to tell him to leave. They cut your lawn with bags on the mower, but the tube that is needed to collect the clippings is missing some days so they leave clumps. The only thing worse than Micheal Goods lawn service is Micheal Goods attitude with customer service. I have plenty of pics and correspondence texts from Micheal to verify this review. I'm sure I can find a professional lawn service in Ephrata area that can do the job with quality and have some manners towards the customer.

However after my review, and although it was never said, I arrived home one day to find Amos waiting for me to make things right. I'd like to think that my review had nothing to do with it but it was clear after the work was done, and a comment was made about Yelp, that it had everything to do with my review. Either way, it all worked out in the end. He did the job and I'm happy with the results. While a tad alarmed to come home and find someone unannounced they did send the right gentleman to make things right. I was very upset with this company and for his cold call initially but did end up giving him the job. Why? Because he said all the right things, admitted fault with miscommunication within their company, and made it clear that he would do whatever to make things right. Which included a discount (although I didn't have a prior estimate for comparison so I'm taking his word for it), bumping me up on the schedule, and spending the time with me to gain my trust. Amos is truly an asset to this company, very professional and knowledgeable, not only with the type of work his company does, but also happy to recommend other reputable contractors. Now that the work is done I'm happy I trusted him and am glad he came and made things right. I've had strangers walk by and comment about how nice my railing looks and how identical it is to the original, which was wood and about 95 + years old. The profile, and every last little detail, including the round rosette type molding to the pillars were replicated in vinyl. The color is perfect too. I wasn't home when he came, and actually was surprised by the install date but they left my highly decorated porch (which wasn't prepped in the least for the install) as I left it, clean and without damage. I would use them again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and have to our neighbors who might do the same thing), only I'd deal with Amos directly.
