Friendly, professional, competent and shows up when he says he'll show up. He even sticks around to give me suggestions on some of my personal improvement projects!! Recently I had a my water main break due to a root cracking the pipe. He comes out, on a SUNDAY mind you, digs in the dirt and comes up with an innovative solution. When he was done, I was floored by what he asked in compensation. He saved me THOUSANDS that day. His prices are so low that I usually pay him more than he asks for. Just seems unfair! Thanks John. I needed two ceiling fans installed plus a old over there range microwave removed/new one put in. He quoted me a price based on the detail work involved with the microwave plus the hours. The final job took a little more effort than anticipated due to some tile left under the old one, but he stayed with the quoted price. I just bought my house and there will be a few more things I will need help with. I will definitely call John. It's good to know if I have an emergency repair needed I can trust him also.
