(Was looking for Uncle specific) even in the area that was labeled Birthday for Uncle. They are expensive. I never buy paper or bows from here. Cards are a decent price, none different than anywhere else. But if you want a collectible it'll cost ya. Sometimes they do clearance tables with some decent stuff, but they jack in their prices. If you DO buy a collectible the help is good. They'll even wrap it for you if you say it's a gift. Takes a little time but they do a good job. I LOVE their ornaments. They do sell cheap candy. And they're good about asking you for your Hallmark card. They do not accept coupons that aren't printed, so don't try to show one to them on your phone.

They had a great variety of merchandise ranging from Rainbow Brite to Christmas ornaments and other things. And the service has always been exceptional. I was planning to buy a Rainbow Brite and Twink Christmas ornament as a gift for one of my sisters for her upcoming birthday in the next three months, which is set to be released ten days after the 4th of July this year, but now with this particular location closed (which is in a shopping center closest to my house), I'll be buying it online instead.

I'll go where I think socks are...and now it's baby clothes. WTH? Don't go to the women's cash wrap, it's always so busy. The workers in accessories, shoes, and jewelry are always happy to ring you up. Back in housewares, too. I love doing JCP.com and picking up in-store. Haven't done anything with appliances or house wares so no opinion on that. Clearance racks you have to be in the mood to dig, but I find deals a lot.

At checkout the BOGO was not given. We told your associate that the towels were on sale and the sign said BOGO she did not know what to do and a gentleman associate came over to help. I walked him back to the towel section and showed him the sign. Went back to the check out and he told the girl that the towels were BOGO. Well now neither associate knew how to adjust the price on the register. Then another associate came to help.I a get it was a BYGO sale. She then was told by the associate who saw the sign that they were. She had me walk her back to the section and showed her the sign. She said oh no this sign is not right and the towels were on sale but not BYGO. I said but that's what the sign says. She took the sign down and said well they are not do you still want them? I said no! As my daughter and I walked away, ALL of the associated were laughing at us, yes laughing. Do you think they were laughing because they won the dispute or they were laughing because they just didn't care that the customer is never right at your store? Any way I guess the signs mean nothing, the help means nothing so I will shop elsewhere.
